Chia pudding is delicious any time of the day – for a mid-day snack, for dessert, or even for breakfast! Plus, chia seeds are healthy and packed with fiber, protein, and omega-3 oils.
Chia Pudding Recipes for Summer
Each of our recipes uses our classic pudding base (chia seeds, plant-based milk, and maple syrup). Then, we added different fruits, powders, and ingredients to give each one its unique taste and flavor! Chia pudding can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. However, it’s so good we doubt it will last any longer than a day in your house!
